Each year, ISAAC partners with Poudre School District to provide hygiene bags and winter gear to over 100 newly arrived immigrant and refugee youth. These middle and high school students in the PSD Newcomer Program include children of immigrant workers, asylum seekers, refugees, CSU students, and unaccompanied minors escaping unsafe conditions. Many teens arrive with limited resources and aren't ready for their first Colorado winter. They often lack warm clothing and essentials like shampoo, deodorant, and feminine products.
