‍Join L’Arche Northern Colorado for our October community event: the Drum Circle, led by Ruth Meyers! Drumming together is not only joyful and energizing, it’s also good for both body and mind—reducing stress, boosting mood, improving focus, and even promoting physical coordination.Whether you’ve drummed before or are trying for the very first time, all ages and ability levels are welcome. Come add your heartbeat to the circle and experience the power of music to connect and uplift. After drumming there will be time to socialize and take a walk to see the L'Arche home construction progress.
